Blocked drain pump on fisher and paykel front loader?

Hi there. My F&P smartwash front loader beeps and freezes during the rinse cycle and says "error 37". I managed to clean the pump filter and drain the water manually via the pipe at the bottom front right of the machine. Unfortunately same thing happened during next wash. I think something must be stuck in my drain pipe/pump, but don't know how to fix this? Please help!
