Tafel GV8330 Steam Genator?

After cleaning with line scale remove, the iron not picking the water from the tank, iron is heating up [red indicator comes up as no water in tank generator]
it looks iron is ok, just chocking somewhere in the pipeline.
can anyone help sorting this issue
