Beko frost free fridge freezer - fridge keeps freezing up?

The fridge part of my frost free Beko fridge freezer is constantly frozen up on the back panel. I have ensured the hole that takes away the defrosted water is unblocked and the temperature is kept at minimum. I have switched off and left the fridge door open to allow the panel to defrost but it freezes up again when switched on. Milk, vegetables etc just keep freezing. It is approx. 4 years old and showroom condition otherwise. Help!
