YES! This is what worked for me! I had checked the back and found a loose connection causing the tub not to turn but cleaning the filter eliminates the 5E or SE error. It works perfectly again. The cover for the filter is at the bottom left on the front of the machine and opened with a flat head screw driver. The filter unscrews for easy cleaning and putting back in again.

It is actually 5E but looks like SE. Drain error. Check the pump filter. Take it out and check if there is any rubbish collected in there.
