Philips hR7775/00 not powered on?

I bought discontinued model of Philips HR7775/00. At its second use theres some sparking/cracking sound came from power plug and machine not powered on. I want to repair it myself bacause philips and local service man refuse to repair this unit. I know theres some issue with its pcb. So please help me to repair its main controller pcb.

Sir I have that kind of knowledge to testing the component, solder/desolder etc. Just read my second post where I clearly said that I already replaced few components of the Philis HR7775/00 PCB. So how can you say that there was no scope of PCB inside food processor? If you can help to repair the pcb then it will great.

I already did work on PCB like changing its Diode (IN4007), IC (Viper12A), Varistor (Zenor Diode), 2.2uh Inductor, Controller IC (Samsung Microcontroller with 10+10 pins) but still unit is in dead condition. I confirmed with local repairer that motor is ok, issue is the PCB only.

If there's an issue with the power plug then just cut it off and fit a new plug to the cable.

I doubt very much that there's a pcb inside the machine - just a motor and a control switch - either permanently on or pulse.

These things usually have a safety interlock so that they don't run unless the bowl and lid are fitted correctly - the bowl and lid together will press down on a button micro switch - sometimes the plunger mechanism that activates the switch gets broken. You can test for this by pressing down on the switch with no bowl fitted.

I doubt your ability to fix a pcb - you only assume that there's a pcb - and you have not dismantled the mixer to look for one.

Good Luck...
