EFO error code on washing machine?

Hello, I have an EFO error code on my John Lewis 1400 spin 8kg. I have had an error code before which I resolved by cleaning the filter a bit - I think it was suggested that I had used too much washing powder - some was soft in the middle drawer. Cleaning the filter hasn't yet worked this time. My washing did have a bit of water in it. I did try to get it to spin but the error message came up too fast
