How can I get my Rave MP Arc 2.5/5.0 to work?

I just received the rave-mp Arc 2.5/5.0 mp3 player and when I plugged it in to charge it for the first time, the device flashes RAVE MP twice, says keys locked, and then shuts off. I then tried to turn it on after a few min. of charging (as instructed by the directions) and it did the same thing. How do I fix this?

Hi Sheri,

On the side of the device is switch that says lock / unlock. The switch is set to the locked position. Flip it to an unlocked position and you should be able to get the player to start.

I have my rave mp3 player and have lost the CD for the drivers. I just upgraded my system and am unable to install the drivers. If you are willing to send me the drivers, plz email me at desai@email.com. Thanks and let me know if you have any questions for me.
