i need to fix hotpoint ultima?

Hello, a couple of things spring to mid that the soap dispenser drawer needs removing completely and a rael good clean with soapy water and then rinsed and make sure the tube where the conditioner gets taken down is clear of all gunge or other obstruction.

The other thing is that it could be a faulty electric water solenoid on the conditioner side of things.
