How can I get my radiators heating again ?

I have just discovered this morning that my 2 yr old daughter had managed to reach up and turn the Living room Thermostat down to +5C yesterday, which meant the radiator circuit was not activated.

Problem now solved, her intentions to save us money were good but her mother cannot survive the winter without every room in the house baking hot.
