Tuning LG LV720 VCR?

Thanks for the help Cobweb, it did as you said but then still wouldn't access any menus other than the timer rec menu. Then after a few minutes it went on to the set date menu on its own. So I set the time and date but it still wouldn't move from the REC menu. A few minutes later it started working properly again and I managed to set all channels and accessed all of the menu options.

I'll leave well alone from now on !!!

Don't know about any factory reset option, however...

Maybe the RF modulator is switched off. Try this to check...

1) Press POWER on the front of your VCR to switch it to standby.
2). Press and HOLD the PROG "^" or "V" on the front of your VCR for more than 4 seconds.
3) This should turn on the RF Modulator and set it to CH22.
