Mend Dodge Tape Deck Player Apart

How can I fix My stock tape deck for Dodge Caravan 98?

I have a stock radio/cassette player. I can take it apart down the the wheels that move the gears. The belt that makes everything move is broken. I have a few o-rings that might fit but I dont know how the original belt went around the wheels. I can see half of it but not the other side.
Please any help would be appreciated.
