Philips 55PW9363 Blue CRT has spark inside tube by yoke?

From back of set, far right CRT has a momentary spark around parts inside of tube. This spark happens .5 second after power on and lasts .25 seconds. I think protection circuit kicking in.

No video but I have sound. TV is 3 years old, not used very much.

line output transformer is faulty (lopt). may have damaged crt. (tube). the flash over in tube may have caused a hair line crack in tube,usually in tube neck under scan coils.
