m reg fiesta cuts out when the clutch is fully down, for instance when ive reversed then put it into first it cuts out before i move the clutch back up, also it is getting quite rough sounding generally when im driving any ideas????

It sounds like the release bearing has worn out(this is what pushes the clutch in). As to when the car is running it sounds like the gearbox might be low on oil(check this ASAP as this will cause the gearbox to blowup).
