squealing noise from biasi combi boiler?

I've not long moved into this house and the boiler has started making a squealing noise when you run the hot water, it starts off high pitched, gets lower, then when its gets to a low pitch the boiler switches off, then a few seconds later it fires up again, the water is nice and hot, c/h working fine, any ideas please?
