how do i fix the screen on my samsung?

one day i turned my television on and the screen was in black and white, it had circular rainbows (about 8 rows of them), and the picture was taller on one side. kind of like i was warped or something. HELP!!!!! i spent almost a thousand dollars for it only 3 years ago.
