House alarm not working Accenta Optima G3?

I accidently cut one of the wires that fed a PIR, repaired them without turning off the power and now I have no power to any of the PIR's. All of the fuses are OK can anyone help as the technical support line to the company is permanently engaged

Are you sure the fuses are ok... dont judge by appearance, use a test meter to prove them, or substitute with a known good fuse.
