How can I fix my Zanussi Jetstream IZ 161W washing machine?

How can I fix my Zanussi Jetstream IZ 161W washing machine. The Jetstream is trickling water down the glass door instead of jetting it into the washing. Can anyone help?

keith the jetstream has been proved to do very little for your wash but if you want to fix it there are two pumps on this machine one to empty one to circulate,the one to circulate is right at the back bottom left and will be blocked and need cleaning out
