Mend Worcester 28CDi Hot Water Going Off

the hot water from my Worcester 28CDi Combi boiler keeps going off?

The red light on the panel on the left keeps flashing slowly and takes ages to reset so that the hot water comes on when the taps are turned.

Any ideas. i also am not sure what the pressure should be.
