Mini SD Memory Card Not readable?

I formatted my memory card I believe in the wrong setting. I did not realize at the time. But ever since then my phone does not recognize the card nor the pc. Its a TopRam Memory card 4 gb. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Any feedback is helpful!

Put it into your phone and look for the setting format memory card. format it via phone then it will work HOPE THIS HELPS!! :)

Have you checked to see if you phone actually supports 4gb memory cards??
