How do I remove a stuck DVD from a Kawasaki 5DVD w/surround sound?

How do I remove a stuck DVD from a Kawaskai 5DVD w/surround sound? When placing the DVD in to play, it slipped while the table was turning and went back into the machine off track. Now its in the machine somewhere and cannot be retreived by pushing the button. There are no screws on the top of the machine, only the bottom front. We tried that but it just slides the front portion forward.
