i have replace mine (sony cdx m8800), and for some reason my radio 4digit code wont wont , (keeps saying error ) im told u can bypass this my the remote , but after serchings find anything to try do this has a factory code or something any help would be helpfull as im fed up with no music in my car

Try eBay. I need 1 for for the 800 version for the same problem and was told that sony stop making the part and should throw my radio out. But I found a ribbon for mine and am sure I seen 1 for the 8800 as well. hope this helps.
