How can I fix my zanussi washing machine?

I have a zanussi fls1183w it is getting through a program but is making an incredible noise when in the final phase of the spin what could be wrong?

Sound like it needs bearings and a shaft. I charge about £120 to do that, the parts are about £50, but it takes about 3 or 4 hours work to fit the parts. :-(
