in short yes.
reason is if to much power is taken then max power is up to 13 amps of fuse. MUST have fuse at front of anything. It acts a bit like an extension lead which has a 13 amp plug init.

If your spur of sockets (i.e. a radial line) is taken from the load side of a fused spur; which is in turn fed from the ring, then the answer is yes (as long as the cable size is kept constant, and the wiring is installed & tested iaw BS7671. You would also require a minor works certificate.

answer is no u can only spur of 1 socket once unless u complete the ring main
