how do i fix fujitsu b series?

how can i power up my fujitsu b series?there no power when i connected to 16v adapter.it should indicate a power at the lcd near to power switch.it is motherboard failure or it is got to do with small chips?

it might be a few things: dead power adaptor, broken power jack, or indeed a dead motherboard. it would be ideal if you could test your ac adaptor with another fujitsu laptop (or if you have a multimeter you could check whether the adaptor is producing any power).
