Panasonic SA DK-10 fails to play CDs/DVDs etc?

Hello everybody - still got my old Panasonic SA DK-10 - bought it while I was living in Dubai (2000/2001). Now it fails to read and play CDs/DVDs etc. Does anybody where I can send this device to in order to get it repaired???
