HOW CAN I FIX MY POTTERN SUPRIMA L 30?

I HAD A NEW PCB KIT FITTED 13/1/07 AFTER LOTS OF PROBLEMS,NOW THE PCB FUSE KEEPS BLOWING I HAVE DONE ALL THE CHECKS THEY SAY TO DO IE VOLTAGE FAN AND GAS VALVE IT LOOKS LIKE TO ME THAT THE PCB IS FAULTY COULD ANY ONE HELP
