Not a simple answer to a simple question....

Do you get any lights on the system or motherboard? It may be that you need to change a fuse or the Power Supply Unit. If you have lights on the motherboard, try a BIOS update or CMOS reset.

You could also remove all the cards and extras and start your PC with just memory, a hard disk and a graphics card to see if that works.
