i had this on a peugeot eventually they stop totally , normally the motor brushes are worn down ,ether replace the moter- can be costley or find a kind soule that,l strip the motor and put new brushes in ,my brushes cost £5 each , motor replacement was £125+vat ,look under carbon brush suplys on web
