problems adding files to iitronics ipocket mp3 player?

Having trouble with NEW iitronics IPocket Media Player. Cost £80 from Argos. Instruction book states as soon as you plug in, it comes up with 'Removable Drive F:'. It doesn't. Comes up with MTp3 0000001. I open it up then it creates another folder which states 'Removable Disk' 998MB (1GB). I try to open that, a new folder appears and then disappears. Then it starts a loop of appearing and dis-appearing until I unplug the device. Any answers please!!

I had exactly the same problem but have sorted it.
Its to do with a the setting in the player.

Go into the system menu:-

Highlight "Online Device" press "M"

Highlight "USB Disk" press "M"

Exit from settings menu and connect to the PC, this makes the thing work like a standard USB drive. The other mode is for syncing to a media player like Windows Media Player.

Hope this helps
