IMMOBILISER DAEWOO NUBIRA CDX 1998,,IMMOBILISER CAME ON WILL NOT LET ME START ENGINE,, DISCONNECT THE BATTERY FOR A DAY ,,THEN CONNECTED IT BACK UP AND IT FIRED UP,, I WENT OUT IN IT FOR AN HOUR THEN PARKED UP CAME BACK TO IT AN HOUE LATER AND IT WOULDNT START AGAIN TOOK BATTERY OFF AGAIN PUT BACK ON WOULDN T START ..HELP HELP THANK YOU

same thing happened to me but it was my husbands faulty key, it opened the car but immobilised the engine. thought there was something wrong with car so we paid for a recovery lorry to tow us home, gave him my key and it started immediatetly if we had known that it was the key and not the car it would have saved us £45.00, but to add insult to injury we already phoned daewoo and they had no idea of what was the cause, but they never mentioned the key. hope this might help
