I have a leak from somewhere on my Fiat Brava 1.6sx 2001, the oil is full?

I have a leak from somewhere on my fiat brava 1.6sx 51 reg. When I checked the oil it was full, what are the other possibilities of the source of the leakage? Also when I turn on the engine I can hear a high pitched sound which promptly goes off after a few seconds, is this serious?

Could be your thermistat or/and your water pump, if it doesnt heat up for absolutely ages then thats prob your problem, thermistat and water pump.

i had this happen 2me i could be your sump tank get some one have a look at it ,as i left mine and bloow my engine up
