Electric piano, no sound?

Hi, I have a Korg C35 electric concert piano. It switches on, the lights come on and the speakers are working (you can hear them when you switch it on). The problem is, when the keys are pressed there is no sound at all. How can I fix this?

same(ish) problem

i have a korg concert 5500
it switches on the lights come on
you can hear sound in the speakers
(you can also hear it on headphones)
but the keys have a similar problem
sound is produced when the keys are depressed
but every about 30 seconds it disappears
and a loud crackling noise replaces it
guesses are an electronic rather than mechanical problem
no wires are loose inside
but there must be a transistor of some kind
a capacitor perhaps which is faulty
and I’m searching for an clue how to fix it
maybe they have a life span of 10 years or something
and they just croak!
