Philips 21PT165B/05 - Tuning?

I have been given this .The problem is there is only ch 3 working. I can't find anything to tune on the tv, and can't find any information on Philips website.Any information would be appreciated.

you need the original remote. there should be 2 keys with open and closed rhomus markings which open the tuning menu...
