Mend Plymouth Voyager Should 1000 Miles

should I put over $1000 in voyager w/ 245,000 miles?

My 94 plymouth voyager may need over $1300 repairs, but it has 245,000 miles on it. I have $1200 to spend to my name. One small rust in drivers door, good shape, runs well, I enjoy it, just scared to waste money.

With that many miles you might be putting good money to bad because there will be something next ,,,,,transmission ..engine
The engine has already outlived its like expectency
