Change the time on a ford fiesta dashboard?

When it comes to cars you could fit all my knowledge on the back of a postage stamp. So my question is this....

Due to the clocks going forward the time is an hour behind in my fiesta finess, I dont have the car manual, can anyone tell me please how do i adjust the time in my car.
