How do I fix my Renault Megane 2.0 Tomtom Auto?

Hi, I have a Megane tomtom 2010 2.0 automatic. Every morning the car struggles to start. Foot on the brake and push the ignition button, it struggles to turns over and dies out. But if i keep pumping the brake when I push the ignition button is mostly starts after about 2-3 seconds, on the second time of trying. Checked the battery, even replaced with a spare and no joy. Had a volt reading done and all fine. Any ideas please? Thanks Lee

You have 12v at the battery. What do you have at the starter itself, while the engine is cranking?

Check all the heavy current connections between battery/starter solenoid/starter and the heavy earth cable between the engine and chassis and chassis to battery negative
