Zanussi zbp 1165 key symbol?

Hi my zanussi oven was put into pyro cleaning mode. After 3 hours it was checked and cold. Opened door ok and it had not cleaned. Now the locked symbol is stuck on the display and the oven functions cannot be selected. It can be put in safe mode and the timer and clock changed but it seems all cooking modes are dead. It's 3 years old but only used a handfull of times?? Is it dead or is there a way to reset it? The door opens fine even though it says it's lcked.
