zanussi ZKC6020?

So my oven tripped the electric. When sort out fuse box main oven light on, indicator light on, can hear the fan, no heat.
there are four controls for start cooking time, end cooking time, timer, clock. Maybe nothing but just noticed the end cooking time keeps stating the same or more than the clock. Does this mean the oven thinks it should be turning off!. Have turned main off no change.
