Cigarette burn in dress (NOT made a hole) how to fix?

I bought this dress to go out in: http://www.quizclothing.co.uk/clothes/1006014709.html

Some delightful female decided she would hold her cigarette pointing straight towards my ass burning the dress. The hole is cigarette-end sized and black/grey in colour. It has not made a hole though,(ie: doesn't go all the way through).
Is there any way I can fix this?
