On Button?

yes - there is manual button but it does not respond - I also changed batteries on remote. Looks like power is bad. Is there a way to replace it? Do you know? I wish I had my receipt from purchase so I could take it back.

Your remote does not turn the TV on - anything to say about the batteries in your remote?

You can often see if a remote control is working by looking at it through the view finder of a digital camera - while you press the buttons on the remote of course.
