How can I unlock the immobiliser on my 54 Renault Laguna 1.9 dci sport?

The immobiliser locked on on my 54 plate Laguna after the battery run down, due to the hazard lights being left on all night. How can I unlock the immobiliser, as the car doesn't do anything when the card is inserted, and the ignition button is pressed.
