my washing machine started makeing a load noise and is not draining the water. looked at the fillter and no obstructions the fan in the fillter is going round but sticking please help
Have the same machine, after 1 month from purchasing this washing machine we had an engineer out to replace the water pump, This seems to be a common fault. After 13 mths we now have a problem with the washing machine not spinning properly and it also vibrates quite excessively compared to before. Would not recommend this machine to anyone!

The fan inside the filter is actually part of the pump. The pump could have a blockage, hence the loud noise and not draining. You are really best calling for a service engineer to look at it, as it may need removing to be cleaned out or replaced.
