Saab 9-5 the cigar lighter fuse 34 blowing?

I had this promblem with mine i have a citreon paccasso the problem with mine was the same fuse kept blowing i found out that some one who owned the car before me must have used a mobile phone charger at some point and when i checked it the end of the phone charger was stuck in the cig holder just get a screwdriver and poke it down make sure nothings stuck in there
