The only way to really get around this is to remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard. to do this you would need to take apart the laptop (all of the underneath anyway) and look for a cell type battery. Hopefully yours will be in a case rather than one that has been soldered on. Use anything that wont create a short circuit to the CMOS battery ie nothing metal and leave off for about 30 seconds to a minute. Then put it back in, this should then restore all default factory settings to the BIOS.
