CAN ANYONE HELP ? IVE A ZANUSSI DES 959 WHICH KEEPS ALARMING AT 20 MINS INTO THE CYCLE AL6 WHICH IS WILL NOT DRAIN IVE COMPLETELY EMPTIED THE MACHINE OF WATER BUT KEEP GETTING THE FAULT AND SOMETIMES WHEN FIRST STARTING AFTER 2 MINS . THE PUMP IS EMPTYING THE MACHINE AND NO HOSES ARE BLOCKED. ANY HELP APPRECIATED ,THANKS

Me too, have tried all the usual stuff, still alarming! I would guess that it is a sensor of some type that has failed. There must be a level sensor of some sort that is still registering that the thing has water in it, or is could be a software problem? If either of you have any luck please post the solution on this site.
