Hi there. We have a Zanussi dishwasher, model ZDF14021WA. It is no longer working, and brings up error code 30 We have checked the manual and this explains that the problem is due to the anti flood device problem. I have tipped and drained then the same happens. Could you help us please?

Seems kind of obvious. If anti flood switch operated then you tipped and drained the base, then it happened again, there must be a leak somewhere that is putting water into the base tray. Find and fix the leak.

Sometimes, with the anti-flood device on many dishwashers, it can become stuck and will need releasing. They generally consist of a round polystyrene float in the base of the machine that triggers a micro-switch that tells the machine there is a flood. These floats can become stuck in the upper position due to grease in the water and need exposing and pushing down manually to fix the problem.
