Mend Hoover Quattro 1300

Hoover quattro won't use conditioner from drawer?

My Hoover Quattro 1300 seems to work fine except it won't use conditioner from the drawer. Ive check out the pipes to the wacher and from the water valves, these are ok, ive cleaned the drawer as far as i can reach but it has not improved it. Ideas anyone?
