how do I change the bulb in my dimplex wht20 electric fire?

takes 2 x 60watt bulbs but cant see where or how to change?

At the front of the fire at the bottom there are 3 horizontal bars holding in the coals. Under the second bar down there is a screw in each corner. Undo those screws and the whole front part will come away to expose the bulbs.

I wish I knew...I have the same problem and no reply from the email address on the back of the fire or the helpline number. Did you find an answer ?
