Mend Vaillant 242/1E Hot Water Problem

My vaillant boiler 242/1E hot water?

When heating is operating having difficulty obtaining hot water. The problem started after changing the divertor valve by a gas technician. Opening the hot water tap make a noise and the burner lock out indicator comes on. When the heater not operating the hot wayer works ok.
