Mend Kenmore 16632000 Dishwasher Problem

the lights on my kenmore dishwasher are flashing and the dishwasher won't r?

the lights on my kenmore dishwasher are flashing and the dishwasher won't wash. the lock is not on and if you push any other buttons they start flashing also. what is the problem? sears customer service is NO help. the stock # is 16632 and the type is 280-2 and the model# is 16632000

our 16634 kenmore had blinking lights and random functions... turned the breaker off, then used a star-head screwdriver to open the backside of the door and accessed the pcboard. I then used my wife's toothbrush to clean the cockroach crud from the board's electronics. There was no poop on the solder/back-side of the board, only the componant side. Good luck, and have fun!
